Bush reminds me very much of what we called "North Dallas rich kids" when I was growing up there. And they eventually became some of the more objectionable frat guys at UT in Austin when I was there. Not all; but they set the tone. The phrase I frequently here when I visit in Austin these days is that the country is ruled by "objectionable UT frat guys." That summons a well known and quite specific caricature.
