CUU did hit the upper .30's at the end of July/beginning of August for 3 days. Those three days form a nice little island now in a powerful island reversal chart formation. Today adds a nice break of the downtrend from May on great volume of over a million shares.

Nice to have the technicals joining the fundamentals pointing much higher
