There is a guy in Cornwall in the UK that went around and contracted to haul away all the used oil from fryers all over Cornwall, he now owns a number of bio-diesel outlets. It amazes me that no one in the US has begun this, the options are there, but not the desire. Oil is still too cheap, I think deliberately held below the point that the US would get off it's flabby Buttocks and do something to conserve. One way would be to make all publicly owned mass transit free.
