Real question is who really rules iran, regarding whether MAD will work or not. Right now, until Ahmadinejad's government loses its credibility and/or ability to push it's ideology, the IRGC and "Supreme Guide" are firmly in control. But this control can erode over time, were we to make a concerted effort to bypass the government and speak directly to the Iranian people in a tactful and encouraging manner. This is something I believe this administration has failed to effectively do. Hawk
