Anyone have a personal perspective on Atlanta? I will be moving there shortly from southern CA where I rent. Thanks

Home Depot must really be hurting right now. Got a 10% off coupon for my HD residential charge card, + 12 months no interest/payments last week. Just got another one today for my commercial card. Too bad I am done with projects for this year. Have been a big customer there, spending upwards of $80K in the past few years, but those days are over. This house is pretty much done.

John Vosilla,re:"Fall 07 ..good bargain". Not so according to
RE PRO (who knew the historic behavior of RE price, but won't
tell you so they can have people taking the 'step down' thru
out the soft landing and holding the property for them to
buy, cheap). History suggests winter of 2017 would be the
1st and earlies time to start nibbling the RE.

But since this time is different, 2027 is not totally out of
ordinary. The longer the soft landing, the better for the
PRO to make a killing.
