Clinton was offered Osama Bin Laden

Not a myth.

Reagen ended the Cold War

Exaggeration. It would be more reasonable to say the Reagan contributed to the ending of the cold war.

- Carter created the Iranian problem

Haven't seen many conservatives pushing that one. I don't think Carter handled the Iranian problem very well, but he didn't cause it.

- Bush is tough on terrorists

Reasonably true.

- - Clinton was dishonest (about anything but his sex life)

Not a myth, but then most politicians are dishonest.

- Clinton was in with Enron and Bush wasn't

They both had some level of connection with Enron execs, in that sense they were both in with Enron, but there is no evidence that either of them had any connection to the illegal and unethical actions of Enron.

Tax cuts create more revenues

They often do, over the long run.

- Pollution creates jobs

That really isn't a statement conservatives are likely to make. What they would say, and what is true is that pollution control requirements can cost jobs.

- Democrats are bigger spenders

Depends on how you measure who is the bigger spender. Do you look more at the administration or congress. Do you count only nominal dollars (in which case whoever is currently in power is likely to be the biggest spender) or do you use some measure like the percentage of GDP. Do you assign any blame for future spending on a program to those who create the program? (I think that's reasonable and it would put more blame on the Democrats, even if it sometimes works against the Republicans as well). Do you consider the circumstances of the presidency (I think you should, FDR increased spending a lot but he had to deal with WWII, Clinton got to reduce military spending a lot partially because of the increase under Reagan)

- There is no gas gouging

Conservatives probably wouldn't say that, and in fact many of them would support anti-gouging laws.

Libertarians wouldn't say that as much as they would say that gouging isn't often a very meaningful concept, and that laws against it often do more harm than good.

or global warming

Some claim there is no global warming, but a more frequent (and very reasonable) action is to deny or oppose the extreme global warming claims made by some on the left. Opposing the hypothesis that "man made global warming will cause a massive catastrophe if we don't greatly reduce our CO2 emissions almost right away" isn't the same as saying "there is no global warming".
