The ACLU brought the suit. She should have reported it. Got it. Thanks. I didn't know. Then I have to agree.....she should have disclosed her affiliation. Now she's put her ruling in jeopardy. Very stupid behavior considering how important this case is. Why can't people restrain their egos at critical times in American history? Merde!
