Why would I go to jail? I have not knowingly enabled fellow citizens into financial suicide like you admit you have.

If the article is correct and Phil gets his wish, you may go to jail or perhaps barred from ever offering loans again - perhaps civil lawsuits can be brought and take your financial booty away. Are you counting on the profit you made your crooked banking overlords to save you? You knowingly and willingly have put people into something they can't financially survive - you have admitted to it here. Like a crack dealer. Did you send them to mish's blog? Did you send them here? What did you do to inform them they may be committing suicide? Not your job is it? A good loan officer may survive what many predict is coming - people will remember he tried to really help them - but a gun running loan officer - he has to bail the ship and move on eh? Didn't you say you were moving on?

Are they going to go to their new senator/congressmen and say loantech told me I was a frigging idiot for even THINKING about taking on this much debt load and told me he wasn't going to do that to a fellow american and to go somewhere else like the housingbubble blog and get informed - homie don't play dat - I don't think so loantech (snicker) I know you don't want to take the blame - so who are you going to pass the buck too? It wasn't your fault they were too stupid to sign the dotted line right? Pathetic. It was the bank examiners who let you and your peers slaughter the sheeple eh? When I think of Mr. Creosote getting his next friday Bonus - I imagine you loantech. Got to sucker one more idiot to make that big bonus this week - yeehaw!

Don't worry shades you won't be my punk I am not going to jail. Are you?

I once had a company that wanted to finance a very expensive network - I said you can't afford this and walked away - not because I cared so much about them - but because I knew I was the one to do the collections later and carry all the equipment out when they failed. You however will not be collecting on the defaults will you? Moving on to greener pasture where you don't have to deal with the trajedies you have caused eh? You bear NO responsibility eh? Classic. Mr. Creosote is not responsible for eating that last breath mint - its that damn waiter's fault for bringing it, and that damn restaurant for keeping the doors open, and the other customers for not STOPPING me - its not MY FAULT - hehe. I never realized you were such a democrat expecting the "state" to be your nanny. Who knows - maybe if they take over congress - loans to suckers will get all kinds of congressional support - fannie/freddie books will go back into the LOCKBOX where no one will ever see the accounting data again! Some people view thier fellow human as a team member to be helped - some view them as an enemy to exploit.
