Bushies would call the American Revolution "terrorism".
Israel also began as "terrorists" blowing up buildings.

I guess no one is allowed to be freedom fighters anymore. Any revolutionary group that challanges the status quo is automatically "terrorist". SO what if renegade Cubans starting bombing Castro? Would they be terrorists too?

The word "terrorist" has been way over-used, especially by Bushies. I have no idea if the Tamil Tigers are enemies of ours or not. But certainly the rebellion in East Timor against the oppressive Indonesian regime (which we supported along with Exxon) were not "terroriosts", though they were described as such. All they were were freedom fighters wanting their little country back. Also, during Saddam's rule, the Kurds were considered "terrorists" by many, as were the militant Shias Bush has now put in power.

Dishonest Rightwing Omits Davis Traveled Four Times on rightwing Reverend Moon's dime, the cult leader owner of the Washington Times. So nothing wrong with traveling on the rightwing special interest's dime, only a leftwing org.

In the meantime: this is interesting. Blogger Archpundit has discovered a report listing a remarkable number of trips Davis took, sponsored by Rev. Moon's front groups. These include

The Pure Love Alliance ($1,638, in 2000)
The Family Federation for World Peace ($1,650, 2001)
The Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace ($430.68, 2002)
The IIFWP, yet again ($790, 2003)

Unlike Curt Weldon (R-Pennsylvania), who went to a Moon event in Korea, however, he doesn't seem to have traveled to other countries on Moon's behalf. Weldon's journeys are not listed in the report. Davis recently said through a spokesman that he's severed ties with Moon's groups in the wake of the "Crown of Peace" debacle.
