Someone buying in AZ got what they deserved... Gila Bend is the hottest place in America over history.... they had a few mild seasons and Arizona is the place to live... HELLO... It's a desert with summers that go 120 degrees plus.

And crime, only New Mexico beats them and now they are pushing New Mexico is the place to live (or die)... Don't people know the Arizona and New Mexico are under a state of emergency and the fed only started to help the a year later. I have seen articles about how New Mexico is the hottest growth place over the next 10 years for business....NOT. The culture is Mexico so you better expect the rules to change once you are there.

Nothing against Mexicans... have a touch of it with my Cheerokee and Choctaw... but let us be truthful... you pay the cop in Mexico, not the government.
