bought 20,000 ECCI at .12...chart looks like not much downside here...Lot of volume on prior spikes...Usually large volume levels after a long downslide, with no major price movement, are signs of accumulation..We shall see..I'll give it a few days...

1. 15,000 GSS
2. 20,000 ECCI

OT - just for laughs have to mention a visit I made to Key West in 1970. I was on a sabbatical. I stayed at a home converted to a boarding house. Right on Duval the main drag. Cost was $12 a week. I stayed two weeks. Key West was really unique then. Had a great time. Jim
