99% of the swimming pools are owned by whites or non-blacks. And so is the beachfront property. That may have something to do with why blacks aren't better trained at swimming. But go down to the Caribbean or African coast where the blacks grow up swimming in the ocean. They swim like dolphins. Same as any people who grow up around the water. See why you're a racist?
