<Yesterday K.TO was $15.47 and the warrants $1.16, strike $15 so 71 cents for 16 months time.>

Except you need like 3 warrants to buy one share of stock... so: (1.16)* 3= $3.48

therefore $3 for whatever time till expiration.

<Those are really undervalued. Should be $3.17 if they were options.>

Well, it's part right... they whould be 3.17 I suppose, making these OVERVALUED.

<The call is US$3.17 in value for 100 shares or US$1.06 per 1:3 ratio, or C$1.17, so they seem approx correctly priced at C$1.20 today.>

Exactly, except 1.20 * 3= 3.60 which is NOT approximately 3.15. It's quite a bit more.

Thank you for recognizing that-lol. For me the extra positive was that K looked strong and was moving even though gold was stalled.

And we are exactly at that point with K when leaps in K, will cause leaps in the wts; as the stock moves into the money intrinsic value replaces time value and is a stronger force-lol..

Another thing I usually do is take a few shares of a stock like GGC or IZN ($1.50/60 area) and then come down and buy 4 times as many shares of movers like CML and FNI nickel.44.
