Yeah they buy back stock with profits belonging to the shareholder's and hand out options/shares to company execs.

Basically stealing from the shareholders if ya ask me.


Couldn't have said it better myself. Buying treasury stock is not an expense and issuing them to meet options exercises causes an obscure entry that reduces shareholder equity. A license to steal.
