I guess it's time to file complaints again with the SEC about RB reps aiding stock manipulation. The fear of an SEC investigation put an end to it under the old RB regime but the new ownership-management obviously needs a jolt. RB Running banner ads for boiler rooms doesn't make them look very clean or smart. Here's a warning and a suspension/termination only 10 seconds apart to an account that posted no spam whatsoever.
