The entire rightwing is based on closet racism. From the immigration issue (if there were blondes coming into the country they'd love it), to the "war on terror" (only brown-skinned Arabs are demonized never rightwing terrorists like Timothy McVeigh, to the Katrina debacle (mostly blacks so why help them?), to the blatant tokenism where they promote their few blacks to high visibility jobs even if they are not qualified. See Condi Rice and Judge Thomas. And now you say blacks can't swim and George Allen calls then "macacas". GUILTY.
