Admittedly, I possess virtually no expertise in science. That puts me in exactly the same position as most dogmatic environmentalists who want to craft public policy around global warming fears.

Fortunately, most creditable scientists who do possess the expertise think global warming is for real. Of course that means nothing to you all because professionalism, knowledge and education are all dinged under your bizarre way of thinking. But let some conservative, science fiction writer creep like M. Crichton make a pronouncement against global warming and you all lap it up like a thirsty dog sloughs down water on a hot day.

The ultimate irony of course is that even if global warming were not for real, the recommended changes would only help to improve the environment and hence the quality of life. You would think that you all could get behind a good thing like that.......but noooooooo! Let's start another war is your motto.....
