One possible scenario I read about is that the real bubble in resources will be in the 2010-2020 time frame. However, the door is open to a significant collapse in the next 3-4 years.

Although I am ready for the proposal made by Goodyear and Coxe, I understand that resource investors could be wiped out if they are blindly assuming that the bubble is now and that metals prices cannot go lower because of the bulish fundamentals. These can turn on a dime.

I would take the volatility in the metals at the time of the great 1974 recession as an example of what can happen.
