its almost impossible to make any money in this 2006 market, with the exception of shorting the homebuilders. And I think a recession is already here, so more losses is my guess.

Maybe because the company is now skating on it's laurels? What innovations have they produced? Their only way of improving business now is to squeeze their customers who are or will leave them. Or to cut back on servers/maintenence/coders.
