I think much worse than '91....the residential side in Clownifornia got whacked pretty bad in that one, but much of the rest of the country was spared (for residential, not commericial). This time the damage should be spread much more widely, to the eastern seaboard, Florida, AZ, Vegas, Hawaii, Chicagoland, Seattle.....much more pain in this one.

Not seeing big drops yet. Around here people have dug their heels in. We have seen closing prices on trash still above asking. WTF? Maybe someday. Hopefully soon.

Recession needs to pound tech stocks, particularly google. Could be possible.
