Yes, it reminds me an awful lot of the CUU seller in June and July. That seller was relentless but finally was done, and now the stock has rebounded over 70% from its low. JER also had a big seller pressuring it during the same timeframe and simiarly bounced back over 50% when he was done. These relatively thinly traded small caps can get pressured down fairly easily, but once that pressure's gone, they can rebound very strongly as fundamentals take over. The selling down of quality stocks on relatively low volume during the summer doldrums often represents a great buying opportunity for investors.
