i think china says what china must say i believe china does very little, because it is not motivated it is far better that usa be kept busy by others than for china to be kept busy by the usa when bush / cheney / rumsfeld / rice picked strategic competitor, they picked the wrong one. these folks do not seem to be learned. japan, on the other hand, is wise, for they know n.korean bomb is mainly meant for them, and not at all meant for s.korea. of course, if japanese politicians weren't guilty of historical revisionism, they would have a lighter heart. guilty eats at one. chugs, j
