That was intersting EC as usual. I knew that though. I seldom gamble, just becasue I do know about odds and a bit about game theory. The only time gambling makes any sense is if the payout is so big that the slight edge the casino has is overwhelmed by the prize. So one either gets lucky or doesn't.

e.g. If you bet a dollar and the jackpot is a million dollars the slight edge the casino has doesn't matter because the odds of hitting the jackpot or so long, luck becomes the master not odds. You either win or lose.

And if get lucky and you win, the casino in most circumstance will never get the money back from you.
