Understood, but I don't see the need to sprinkle the words "alleged", "allegedly", and "allegation" throughout posts in this informal forum. We're talking about lawsuits in progress, and the context should be obvious to most, if not all.

I believe you already told us "Nokia will have the burden of proving estoppel."
