DPTR I will look closer at it but your numbers work out perfectly.

93% institutions+ 20% insiders (as a former public officer and CFO I know they normally include options in the insider position for proxy disclosure but let's ignore that) MINUS 13% Short sales EQUALS 100%.

Sprott's entities (which includes all kinds of different pockets--not just the one people see) has to own about 17-20%.

All the analysts shake their head at the short position at prices they were put in. Stock is not that liquid.
