Funny you should say that; I am doing just the opposite, selling the stock and holding the warrants (thus maintaining total delta) as warrant delta climbs. I intend to buy back the stock to restore "delta" on a pull-back. One advantage is that stocks are usually more liquid to trade.

In the stock in question, the warrant IMHO hasn't performed relative to the increase in the price of the stock. I blame this on institutional dumping of warrants... cheap warrants mean opportunity (I hope).
