Yes, because a patent hasnt been granted. That's what patent-pending means. Any device becomes "patent-pending" the moment you mail a patent application.

Besides- I doubt if such a patent will stick. the ipod is certainly not the first electronic device to have a round knob that controls something. It's also not the first device to have a touch sensitive surface. But a round touch sensitive knob- boy that's innovation! LOL

there are still a lot of posts about the Macbook random shutdowns and now some that have the Pros are complaining. The better figure out what this is and fix it, quickly because it seems to affect 25% of buyers.
