Yes, because a patent hasnt been granted. That's what patent-pending means. Any device becomes "patent-pending" the moment you mail a patent application. Besides- I doubt if such a patent will stick. the ipod is certainly not the first electronic device to have a round knob that controls something. It's also not the first device to have a touch sensitive surface. But a round touch sensitive knob- boy that's innovation! LOL ----- Apple's patent pending iPod Click Wheel is patent-pending for a reason, you know.
