If the US withdraws its involvement from the ME, the people of the ME will figure out how they want to live (or die) with each other without US involvement.

Figure out? Or merely bow down to those Islamic and/or Secular Totalitarian powers that have the means to violently coerce their subjugation??

Because you see, my friend, when there is no democratic process, and/or rule of law that protects the basic human rights of everyone, the only thing that gets "figure out" is that one group will ultimately have more weapons and organization that permit them to rule and oppress everyone else.

It seems common sense. If the US withdraws its involvement from the ME, the people of the ME will figure out how they want to live (or die) with each other without US involvement.

So a middle east that opposes any American involvement, and/or commerce with the US doesn't bother you, you would support completely their right to stop supplying oil to the United States.
