Muslims the world over love Hollywood in the same way the rest of the world loves Hollywood - we make better popular movies, period. And when the Muslim woman realizes from watching outside media that she is more than a camel she will request more rights in her society, in the same way American women did 100 years ago. Your post is full of ignorance. If you buy the "they hate us because of our way of life" bullshit then you have to educate yourself some about reality. No, he just reflects one part of the truth as you do. The Muslim world loves us and hates us, envies us, emigrates to us, fears us. Most of all, as globalization pushes our success into their faces - and not just ours, but India's and China's and SE Asia's as well - it becomes harder and harder for them to avoid realizing how badly they are doing by comparison. And that makes them ashamed. They, who should be first (weren't they first once? Doesn't the Koran promise it?) are now practically last. If it weren't for oil, they'd be in the same boat as sub-Saharan Africa! So they feel humiliated, and they comfort themselves with conspiracy theories. Listen to any Muslim politician, and count how many times the word "humiliated" comes up.
