KIS -

In fact, you said "Yes, because a patent hasnt been granted." You also said the patent wouldn't stick.

But you demonstrated no awareness of what the Click Wheel does when you called it a "round touch sensitive knob". The Click Wheel controls all kinds of functions, including increasing or decreasing volume, or scrolling up and down in a menu, both of which can be accomplished by "spinning" the wheel (which actually remains stationary). In addition, you click on the four cardinal points or the center to do other things. It's simple, compact, easy to use, and highly effective.

Have you ever tried it out? There is no comparable control interface on any electronic device, and no prior art. The patent will stand.
