Yes, I bookmarked it yesterday--but I probably
wont review the thread til the Seattle gloom
settles in.

What a summer it has been--we have had four days
with maximum temperatures well up in the 90's (at
Sea-Tac airport the average is for three days
of 90 or better). Probably 20 days up in the 80s--
I'll have to count it up. And I cannot remember a
stretch of marine stratus--seemed to burn off
faster than forecast much of the time. Every few
summers we get a couple or three weeks of stratus
that hangs in here, but not this year.

Days are noticably shorter, but late August and
September are perfect in my mind--the lower sun
angle brings out the contrast and colors.

I finally bought a digitial SLR camera, going
to take a thousand shots this fall and make that
a new hobby.
