So, a 6.6% gain in the stock and a 16.6% gain in the warrant. Then what's the leverage ? The answer is surely 16.5/6.6 = 2.5x. which is what I would arrive at if I divided 15/3 and multiplied by the delta of .5. 15/3 = 5* .5 = 2.5.

Geez ! Koan says it's 5x , simply dividing 15 by 3.

I always think of it as the big wheel turning a small wheel. So whereas a penny stock is expected to move in pennies, if it is tied to a senior stock then it moves in dollars.

This certainly happened in the SLW wts and HBM wts. Or the Pegauss wts in 1987 whre I made so much money.

Now if K were to rise $10 then the wts would probably rise about $2.50 each (3 to 1 ratio). From $1 to $3.50.

I am posting this in great agony-lol. I just blew a huge chip lead in a million dollar tourney by making a really stupid play. Really stupid.

POker players are probably the most introspective group of people on earth because we are so acutely aware of different states of mind affecting play from fatigue to insanity-lol.

Say I am playing a game where I have a normally 10% edge on the rest of the group, but if I am tired my edge may drop to where I am a 10% under dog. Recognizing this is a constant job-lol.

And I had been playing for 6 hours, so I was getting tired.

Arrrrg-lol!

I'll go look at metals, maybe that will cheer me up-lol.
