Opps, you forgot what else Peter Brimelow said about BOB BRINKER:

"There's another risk in writing about Brinker. Many subscribers have never forgotten what they regard as a disastrous Brinker trade in 2000 and his subsequent cover-up. (In a special bulletin, but not in his model portfolio, Brinker suggested Nasdaq 100 Trust QQQ (38.57, +0.25, +0.7% ) , the Nasdaq 100 exchange-trade fund on the American Stock Exchange. So HFD did not count it - just as well, because it promptly collapsed."

So, when you analyze this, most logical people have to conclude that not only does BOB BRINKER "cover-up" this trade, so does Mark Hulbert. Granted, Hulbert at least gives it a footnote--BOB BRINKER doesn't even do that.

<<"...Over the last 10 years, however, Marketimer gained 11.4% annualized vs. 9.4 percent annualized for the DJ Wilshire 5000. Which is why Mark Hulbert consistently consults Marketimer when reviewing what the best market timers are saying...">>

--Thanks for that info, shres! It has to be very painful for our friends the bashers to read stuff like that!!! -:)

PS: You don't think kirk REALLY believes you are brinker sr., do you?
