I think your question lacks a full appreciation of the risks to NOK. I would formulate it like this: What's worth more, a 1.5% to 4.4% royalty on EDGE, GPRS, and GSM since 2004 and into the future, plus the added possibility of trebled damages for willful infringement, or an equivalent range of percentages commencing on 4/07 on EvDO?

I would suggest that Nokia bears a greater exposure than Q.
