That would be my alternet count, however a case can be made first move down was a 5 wave. However that could still give a ABC. In any event looking for this leg up to top and then a big move down with intial target of DOW 10,000 with potional for lower.

In the early days of a bear market, the seasonality may only produce a countertrend bounce. Consider how the seasonality impacted 2000 and 2001:

While there were clear rallies during the seasonally strong year-end, it failed to even produce much net gain in 2000.
