I computed the 3 year correlation of every XLF stock to the index. The idea is to identify leaders and follow their relative strength to the XLF. If leaders are relatively trending down that indicates weakness and if they are relatively trending up that shows strength. Here are the correlations and a one page view of them (relative strength) ordered by the correlation:
