Ichy is fixated on Clinton's sex life. Maybe if Dubya's sex life was paraded around by the media for all to examine Ichy would be more interested in Dubya's governmental failures. :) Maybe those carpenters and electricians and such will go down to the gulf coast and help reconstruct things before the next hurricane hits. After the last boom, it took some time for sellers to become desperate and the real bargains came when everyone stopped yakking about real estate....still a few years away IMO but then I never thought the boom would last this long. I didn't realize that lenders would do so many adjustable, interest only loans or that they would do mortgages for 750% of income.
