Abramoff had ZERO to do with democrats, nothing. The RNC lie makes the leap that anyone Abramoff ever came into contact with is also part of his corrupt schemes, therefore anyone who gets money from any of them is also corrupt. That is deliberately dishonest. The Mafia also gives money to the Catholic church. That doesn't mean the Catholic church is guilty of drug-dealing and armed robbery. Does it now? Same thing with an Indian tribe. They may do a corrupt scheme with Abramoff for which only rightwingers like Ralph Reed and Tom Delay were paid off. But they also traditionally give to democrats mostly. And continued to. But those donations had nothing to do with Abramoff's crimes. Nothing at all. Democrats are clean on Abramoff.
