"Abramoff clients" is deliberately misleading. It's a big fat RNC-Delay LIE used to try and confuse the issue and mislead the public. "Abramoff clients" could be loosely and broadly defined as covering half of the lobbying efforts DC since the firms he worked with are huge ones and have all kinds of legal operations everywhere. The only cases relevant here are the actual illegal fraud operations Abramoff perpetrated having to do with certain gambling casinos, the Marianas Islands the Guam. Probably others as well. Those were the criminal operations and those were 100% GOP rightwing bribed and represented. Democrats didn't get a red cent from any of them. In fact the main players included Karl Rove, Tom Delay, Grover Norquist, Ralph Reed and a whole swath of the upper echelon of Bushie power-brokers. None of those pepople had anything to do with democrats either. Not even GOP moderates.
