Buddy, The football fields were paid by school taxes, and those types of spendings are expected and you would play hell trying to tell those people in either of those states that they didn't own those arenas. The people of the school wanted the prayers, it was someone that did not have a child in that school that caused the problem. The other two places were on private property, and the mention of the road, and interstate, was just to tell you the location of that private property. Besides, how is anyone going to be able to put any kind of scene on a major traffic road. You're doing your best to be a nit picker.
