Hard boiled egg and hot pepper Dressing

4 hard boiled eggs
1 cup coarsely chopped onions
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green bell peppers
1 T minced garlic
2 t salt
1 t dry mustard
remainder of hot pepper vinegar.

In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients except vinegar: process a few seconds until eggs are broken up. Add the vinegar and continue until all ingredients are very finely minced, about 1 to 2 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Smithee definitely needs saving<g>

I think you'd like the cauliflower dish. Just
remove from the oven when the consistency seems right to you.
I can't recall how long I actually left it in. I just took periodic tastes until it seemed right. (The recipe says
30 to 40 minutes. As we all know, 10 minutes can be a long time. Best to check it early.)

The Aioli was quite good, too. There again, you can
adjust to your own taste.

Love the sound of your newly posted recipes.
I'll have to convince my other half that a little
spice in cooking---as differentiated from the spice of life---is a good thing.:-)
