"Maybe Nokia thought way back when, when they signed the agreement, products would all be switched over to WCDMA by the time the non-infringement time period expired and there would be no problem with infringement on GSM, GPRS and EDGE since it wouldn't be in use?

You should have also mentioned--- That by selling only WCDMA products their dream of paying royalties to the Q on every sale would be a dream come true!!!
