Using highly compressed air to power cars is similar to using electricity or the burning of hydrogen to power cars. Your storing and using energy but you have to get that energy from somewhere. And if your going to get decent range on the vehicle you have to make new very efficient vehicles and vehicle designs.

In other words it could, in theory, be a useful idea, but it isn't "the answer".

25 HP engine? I don't think I'll be trading in my 300HP car in for it any time soon.
