Hi Howy,

Just talked to Greg from SDR and he gave me an update. SDR's been having problems with heavy rains and lightening in Mexico. They've also had problems with fractured rocks (rubble) which have prevented them from getting solid core samples. Apparently, they've been pouring concrete in the holes to prevent rubble from blocking up the holes. They've dealt with this glitch by first using a tricone drill bit which has a clearing mechanism (so they don't have to pour concrete). Once they get through the fractured rock, they then switch the shaft and use a diamond drill bit. He says the company is pleased with the system. They are hiring a second drilling company for the Domingo property and are seeking to ramp up exploration and hopefully have something to announce by the end of Sept. at the Cambridge Conference.

He said Eric Sprott took the lion's share of their last financing. Embry was involved too.

I added at these prices.

I'm looking forward to seeing you and others too next month.

Cheers,
John
