I'm pretty sure "history" will look at this substantively as the Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld presidency.

Bush is no more in charge than Harding was during his brief term. Harding was more interested in poker and his "lady friends" than he was in the day to day operation of the government. Bush is more interested in baseball and "playing war" than he is in the actual "running" of government.

But...in the end, this will always be remembered as the Bush Jr. administration, just as Harding's carries his name.

As far as the "Press" is concerned, this will always be remembered as one of their "darkest hours".
