Mayor Nagy spoke about restoring power and having to check every house to make sure there were no shorts and how it was taking so long but they needed people to do the work but that they couldn't work till power and water and sewers were working. Not to mention the fact that the workforce needed to rebuild NO has to have a place to live while they're cleaning up the city. And even their Mayor can't find a place to refrigerate that much "chocolate" (to paraphrase his own blatantly racist words). Hawk
