Don't forget the small builders which there are numerous that don't get counted. Their credit lines not being renewed, and subsequently can't pay off the existing line that is being called.

That is what is happening out here in NH per my banker. I think it's going to get nasty next month... I have many friends in the business in the lakes region of NH, they are all crying the blues right now...

Are you referring to high rise projects that will get stalled in midstream due to liquidity, financing issues? Anyone more exposed than Corus Bank?

Many get demolished by the municipality in a downturn becoming an eyesore and safety risk as years go by.
