Don't forget the small builders which there are numerous that don't get counted. Their credit lines not being renewed, and subsequently can't pay off the existing line that is being called. That is what is happening out here in NH per my banker. I think it's going to get nasty next month... I have many friends in the business in the lakes region of NH, they are all crying the blues right now...
