Where they will live is in the united Israel-Palestine land. Where EXACTLY they will live will, as in most countries, depend on what they can afford. These 150k nationalized Pals live somewhere in that land, the idea is to basically continue that process. What they will do is the same as any refugee integration plan, probably unskilled labor. These details aren't major obstacles, they can be overcome.

So you really think that simply joining the two is better than building Palestine first. I think that opening the borders before you build a new Palestine is a recipe for disaster. Imagine after living in Palestine their whole lives palestinian teens and young men walking into Israel and seeing the difference in how Israelis live. How much rage do you want to unleash? And do you think the Palestinians will blame their leaders or the Jews?
