For once, the agencies may be "smart" to wait.

Within a couple of months, the non traditional loans market could be headlines, replacing who-did-not-kill-jonbenet as the top story on every TV channel.

They will all be stomping over each other, interviewing all the victims who are about to be kicked out of their homes because they were FORCED to borrow more than they can afford.

The agencies would have a lot more ammo to finally put an end to these ridiculous loans.
