Perhaps we should look back 20 years or so. AIDS was just making it's ugly self known, and insurance companies were having to pay HUGE bills while the premiums remained negligible. Illegals, as well as many US citizens, began to overrun our medical system with illnesses, no insurances and no way to pay for the care they received. But expected anyway.

Then Hillary proposed care behind closed doors was just the last straw. Insurance companies left states, closed many of their doors, and we find ourselves in a very bad situation.

i.e. Should insurance companies have to pay for sex change operations, with the person not paying the majority of the cost?

i.e. What are the total charges for each hospital in the country for the bills for indigent patients each year. And how many patients were treated for that amount of money?

i.e. Should a person be on welfare, and not have a basic insurance plan taken from that money BEFORE the person receives the funds? If not, why not?

ETC.

There are many things we need to know. And so far, we don't.
